When consumed by your thoughts, emotions, desires, and expectations (particularly negative ones) there comes about a certain heaviness – a heaviness that feels like gravity “pulling” you inwards, or down. The more attention you give to them, the more power they gain – the power to break space and time, to pull you away from the present moment.
It’s the fundamental fear of the unknown when your mind becomes lost in a labyrinth of questions, doubts, and plans – the internal dialogue bantering back and forth, often consumed by fear. When you surrender to the unknown, you open yourself up to an infinite stream of possibilities, of pure potential. By replacing fear with curiosity, you can discover, grow, transform, and transcend. When you Give In To Gravity, the heaviness, the resistance disappears.
