She is wild. She is perfect. She is flawlessly untamed. The stillness in her belly, the roaring of her heart. Enveloped with the spirit of a wolf, the heart of a lion. Guided by the moon, the stars are her light.

Art can act not only as an expression of ourselves, but a vehicle for awakening. To express ourselves though, we must know thyself, and understand we contain both light and darkness.

When you let go of the belief that what you need is outside of yourself, you can discover your true nature and the strength and stability already present within. You are as ferocious as a lion, and compassionate and caring as a wolf to its pack. When you learn to accept, embrace, and nourish both animals within, you can listen to the voices of deeper knowing that will guide you in choosing what is right in every circumstance.
