This original, textured acrylic landscape painting is part of the “Nature is Nourishment” collection. A series of little landscapes to nourish your heart space and wall space. Half-imagined, half-curated scenes of lush viridian fields, liberally-dotted flowers, and paths that twist, turn, and fade into the distance.

The poem that inspired this collection, “Nature - The Great Renewer,” is an ode to the regeneration and resilience that takes place when submersed in the vastness of nature. A declaration for a dogged dedication to finding beauty amid the spiritual wreckage and restoring what I already know is within.

CONSTRAINED CREATIVITY - My Methodology
This series began with a need to detach myself from the outcome and trust my artistic force. To cultivate my creative intuition, I limited the amount of time (20 minutes), materials (palette knives, subtraction tool, and a single paint brush), or colors to create these tiny, textured acrylic landscape paintings.
The objective was to do, not try. Feel, not think. With the clock counting down, I was forced to face the awkwardness of an unfamiliar tool to paint with.
Although I completed 95% of the paintings within the time constraint, a few touches of love and light were added after the paint dried to make these tiny treasures extra special for you.
