Nature nourishes my patience.
Nature nourishes my capacity to love, and feel peace.
To create space.
Nature grounds me.
It reminds me that I, too, am nature;
A part of nature.
A strand in the cosmic thread connected to all strands.
Nature is balance.
A reflection.
A force to be reckoned with.
Nature nourishes my tolerance for uncertainty.
I am reminded that same force exists within me.
I’m stable as a mountain.
I’m flexible as the wind.
I rise with the sun.
When I call, Nature answers.
“With competence and courage, the fear fades,”
Nature whispers.
“Dig deep, warrior.
Send your roots down;
Down to the warm heart of the world.”
Nature nourishes my soul.
Fortifies my resolve.
Cements my courage.
