Painted for Parrots Paradise at Tesoro Island Resort, a private island off the coast of Belize where every room was built around one animal and one feeling.

I never planned the palette for this collection. I painted each animal before I knew the color of its room, and every one ended up matching the wall it was meant for. Not a single one planned.
